Collection: Der Glücksjäger

The Glücksjäger is no ordinary winery – it's a passion project. Nestled amidst the rolling vineyards of the Southern Palatinate, Andreas Pfaffmann-Wiedemann lives and works with genuine devotion to his vines. What is created here is more than just wine – it's liquid craftsmanship, grounded, honest, and full of personality.
Andreas believes that good wine isn't made, but rather nurtured. He lets things take their course – in the vineyard as well as in the cellar. No fining, no filtration, no unnecessary sulfur. Instead: patience, intuition, and trust in the natural process. Spontaneous fermentation, aging in wood, plenty of time on the lees – all of this lends the wines depth, character, and a touch of untamed freedom. His wines are allowed to be raw, unstyled, vibrant – just like life itself. They are sometimes light-footed, sometimes demanding, but always honest. Every sip tells a story of old vines, of the wind rustling through the vineyards, and of the courage to do things differently.
And then there's Pebbles, the Dalmatian, who watches over everything with a keen eye – on the label and in everyday life. She embodies what makes the winery special: personality, joie de vivre, and a deep connection to nature.
Glücksjäger is a place where wine isn't just produced, it's lived – with a lot of intuition, tradition at its core, and a forward-looking perspective. Here, wine is created for people who are looking for authenticity – and who want to find happiness in a bottle.
