Collection: Slov Artisanal Wines

Slov Artisanal Wines is a small natural wine project from the Štajerska region of Slovenia. Behind the name are two friends, Marko and Matija, who have shared a passion for wine for many years. Their approach is straightforward: they want to make wines that are honest and reflect their origin – without technical intervention or additives.
The grapes are harvested by hand and processed in the cellar with minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeasts, and the wine is bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur. Only small quantities are produced. The wines primarily consist of traditional varieties such as Šipon, Riesling, Muscat, and Sauvignon Blanc, which are used to create orange wines, pét-nats, and classic still wines.
The individual wines bear simple initials like S, M, or R – a playful reference to the grape variety and character. Slov is not about grand staging, but rather the idea of ​​letting the wine be created according to the vintage and origin.
