Collection: Orange wine

Orange wines are white wines fermented on the skins. Or, more simply, white wines treated like red wines. The grapes are crushed and then remain in the container with their skins, and sometimes stems and seeds, for a specific period before the juice is pressed and fermentation begins. This maceration with the skins extracts both color and tannins. In other words, orange wines, like red wines, have structure. Depending on the maceration time, this tannin structure is more or less pronounced.
