Vinification: 14 days on the skin, followed by 6 months of aging in a 1000-liter Georgian amphora, and final aging in a 500-liter tonneau for 3 months

Nose: Complex bouquet with aromas of pears, apples and a hint of citrus fruits, complemented by floral notes

Taste: Fresh aromas of green apples and citrus fruits, a delicate minerality, and an elegant, lively acidity. The herbal spice lends it a significant body

Body: Light to medium

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Overall impression: Slightly mineral, fruity, fine acidity ensures a lively finish
