Vinification: Fermented with the mash for 6 weeks in 600-liter wooden barrels

Appearance: Deep ruby red with a slight haze

Nose: Aromas of blueberries and sour cherry, accompanied by spicy notes such as rosemary and pine needles

Taste: Aromas of blackcurrants and blueberries, accompanied by herbs and a subtle smoky note. On the palate, the wine is velvety and wonderfully soft, yet with a noticeable structure that gives it character
