Vinification: Fermented on the skins for 5 weeks, then aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks

Appearance: Deep ruby red color with violet reflections

Nose: Aromas of blueberries, sour cherries, beets and warm spices

Taste: Spicy and peppery with cherries, blueberries, and sour cherries

Body: Medium strength

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Overall impression: Elegant tannin structure, fine acidity, finishes with peppery spice in a medium-long finish
