Vinification: Grapes destemmed, not crushed, 10 days maceration and then 8 months on the fine lees in barriques

Appearance: Pale yellow with greenish reflections

Nose: Fresh meadow herbs, subtle nutty notes, hints of green apple and pear, and a smoky spice

Taste: Juicy stone fruit notes, well-integrated and harmonious acidity

Body: Medium

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Overall impression: Accessible, multifaceted, fresh and complex
