Vinification: Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation, aging in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks, 6 months on the lees, unfiltered, unsulfured

Appearance: Bright pink  

Nose: Fresh red berries such as strawberry and raspberry

Taste: Dry, light-bodied, crisp acidity, aromas of red berries, refreshing finish, rhubarb, strawberries, blackberry, mineral

Body: Light

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Overall impression: Lively, full of character with delicate fruit, subtle spice and wonderfully unpretentious lightness
