Grape varieties: Merlot, Pinot Noir, Blauer Portugieser, Dornfelder

Vinification: Saignée-Methode, in which the free-run must was obtained without pressing, was used. The wine then matured in a double-piece wooden barrel

Appearance: Clear pink color

Nose: Fruity aromas, strawberries, raspberries, delicate floral notes

Taste: Notes of ripe strawberries, raspberries and red currants, accompanied by a fine herbal spiciness and floral nuances, subtle but present tannin structure

Body: Light to medium

Alcohol: 11.5% vol.

Overall impression: The fine minerality and creamy mouthfeel lend it depth, while the dry, elegant finish with a hint of spice lingers pleasantly. A characterful, natural rosé with plenty of expression
