Grape varieties: Riesling

Vinification: Fermented on the skins for approximately four weeks, which gives it a pronounced structure and depth. The wine then matured under flor yeast, resulting in slightly oxidative notes.

Appearance: Vibrant orange

Nose: The aroma is intense and complex, with dominant notes of ripe pineapple, juicy apple and a hint of spicy cinnamon.

Taste: Slightly oxidative, ripe apples with a touch of honey

Body: Medium strength

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Overall impression: Complex, floral, slightly creamy, with notes of almond and apricot.
