Basis: Various old apple varieties
Vinification: The apples come from the Harz Mountains, a higher-altitude region with slow ripening, resulting in a pronounced freshness. After harvesting, the cider matured for a year on the lees in barrels. For the second fermentation, 5% of the 2021 vintage juice was added, followed by a year and a half of bottle fermentation
Appearance: Clear to slightly cloudy golden yellow
Nose: Aromas of fresh apples with floral and spicy notes
Taste: Fresh acidity, fine perlage, balanced with fruity and slightly tart nuances
Body: Light
Alcohol content: 7.5% vol.
Overall impression: A refreshing and complex cider that reflects the characteristics of the apple varieties used and the terroir
