Grape variety: Xarel-lo

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation for 4–5 days, followed by bottling with residual sugar for bottle fermentation. Maturation for 13 months on the fine lees. No filtration or fining

Appearance: Bright, clear yellow with slight, natural cloudiness

Nose: Fresh and mineral, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers.

Taste: Reminiscent of cider, accompanied by nutty aromas and ripe bananas

Body: Light

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Overall impression: Crisp, refreshing and aromatic, ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as fish or seafood
