Hunny Bunny
Hunny Bunny
Judith Beck
Grape varieties: Blaufränkisch, sometimes supplemented by Zweigelt
Vinification: Short maceration of approximately 3 days with whole clusters, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in used large wooden barrels. Bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfites
Appearance: Bright ruby red with a slight, initially tingling character that quickly fades
Nose: Fruit-forward with aromas of raspberry, cherry, and pomegranate. Also present are delicate floral notes and a hint of earth and herbs
Taste: Fresh, juicy, and invigorating. Red berries, watermelon, and subtle spices meet lively acidity and a delicate tannin structure
Body: Light and slender, yet multi-layered with a fine texture and good balance
Alcohol: 12.0% vol.
Overall impression: A playful, elegant natural wine that's very drinkable. Positioned between red and rosé wines, it's ideal served slightly chilled in summer. Uncomplicated, charming, and full of character
