Vinification: Deseeded, not crushed, 5 days maceration in an open fermentation vat, then 12 months on the lees in a large wooden barrel

Appearance: Light golden yellow

Nose: Citrus fruits, pear, peach

Taste: Full-bodied, well-structured, with a good balance between fruit and acidity. Slightly creamy with salty nuances

Body: Medium

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Overall impression: Floral nuances that, with a little oxygen, drift into herbal aromas and a nutty touch. A good acid structure and a light grip linger on the palate for a while
