Grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Neuburgunder, Scheurebe, Welschriesling, Weißburgunder

Production: Hand-harvested, fermented on the skins for 3 days. The wine then matured in large, used wooden barrels and remained on its lees

Appearance: Golden yellow

Nose: Melon, pear, pineapple

Taste: Balanced and mineral, with light citrus notes on the palate

Body: Medium

Alcohol: 11.5% vol.

Overall impression: A refreshing and complex orange
