Vinification: 75% direct pressing, 25% 8-day maceration, aging in old barriques, 10 months on the lees, unfiltered, unsulfured

Appearance: Golden yellow

Nose: High intensity with notes of citrus fruits, exotic fruits and mineral hints

Taste: Dry, full-bodied, lively acidity, complex aromas of grapefruit, peach and wet stones, long finish

Body: Light  

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Overall impression: The well-integrated acidity and complexity harmonize wonderfully with the herbal notes and fruit
