Vinification: Spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels, unfiltered, without fining

Appearance: Strong golden yellow with a slightly cloudy sheen

Nose: Ripe yellow fruits, some exotic fruit, subtle wood spice and a hint of hay

Taste: Full-bodied and juicy with delicate herbal notes, fresh acidity and a creamy texture

Body: Medium to strong body with a smooth texture

Alcohol: 14.0% vol.

Overall impression: A distinctive, natural white wine with character and depth, powerful yet elegant on the palate
